As the industry has developed and our clients asked for more functionality, we have continued our technology leadership to encompass more areas of the 529 plan process.
Our newest additions to Unite's capabilities have focused on technology-based value-added programs that help make saving for college easier. These have included making it easy for plan participants to access family and friends for gift contributions; providing a seamless payroll deduction portal for employers; giving financial advisors and RIAs direct, virtually 24/7 online access to their clients' accounts, and bringing enrollment right to the participant's home computer.
